Founded in São Paulo in 1976, St. James was created with the mission of bringing beauty, luxury and innovation into the homes of our customers. Breaking the Brazilian aesthetic standards of that time, St. James was a pioneer in the manufacturing of pieces with modern styles and clean lines. In less than 2 years, we were already selling our products overseas, to customers in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.
Ever present in our DNA, the combination between craftsmanship, quality and design helped St. James become a reference in luxury products for the home. We favor the talent and mastery of the people behind each product, through the balance between material, design and the technique of the craftsmen who work the metal.
Our main vehicle, silver, has great symbolic power. It’s a material with a life cycle longer than most and that bridges the past – tradition, history – and the future, for its durability and the timeless design of the products.
In the times we live in, most products are meant to be disposable. Our product, well contrary to that, gives those who use it, the right to believe it will last forever.

Our impeccable polishing leaves surfaces shining like mirrors. Our applied borders make pieces more beautiful and strong. Our finishing hides soldering marks and smoothens out corners and edges. The difference is in the details!
THE SILVER PLATE
Our plating process uses German technology, with the application of hardened, pre-brightened silver, which guarantees greater durability and easier maintenance.

SPECIAL FINISHINGS
The main raw material of St. James products is brass, which is a noble metallic alloy that combines copper and zinc. When polished, brass shows a beautiful yellow coloration, which resembles the color of gold. Our plating is then applied over the brass substrate, giving the finished pieces their final looks and properties. Better known for its famous silver plate, St. James also offers other finishings, such as copper, nickel, polished brass and graphite. Click below to learn more about each of them.
LIMITED WARRANTY (valid only in Brazil)
St. James products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship. To validate the factory warranty, fill out the form on this page and if any such defect arises, contact St. James through the phone at +55 11 2955-5344 or by e-mail at garantia@saintjames.com.br. Proof of purchase will be necessary and after a technical examination, St. James will, at its option, repair the problem or replace the defective item, at no charge. If the model in question is no longer available, a similar model will be used as replacement.
This warranty does not cover the following situations:
• natural wear of the products, including stains, scratches and loss of shine;
• improper use;
• non-observation of the recommended care instructions.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
– Wash with lukewarm water and apply neutral detergent with a soft sponge;
– Never use abrasive products or steel wool for cleaning or polishing;
– After washing, carefully dry your product with a soft cloth;
– Avoid long contact with food or other aggressive residues;
– For polishing, first make sure that the piece is clean and free of solid residues. Apply silver polishing products with a soft flannel and then remove the product with a soft, dry flannel;
– Do not wash in the dish washer;
– For decorative pieces, avoid putting flowers, water, earth or other substrates in direct contact with the metal. We recommend using a protective plastic lining or glass container first and then into the piece.
